Until 2010, Intouch was the commercial arm of the Spinal Injuries Association, and was created to support the Association’s mission to help support and rebuild lives of people with a spinal cord injury while promoting independence.

With a focus on delivering healthcare and wellness supplies direct to door, Intouch was created through the development of a state of the art contact centre and online shopping web front.

Intouch is also at the forefront of online customer service. Our state of the art online store was launched in October 2009 and provides all the same trusted products available from the comfort of your own home. In 2010 Intouch became the Aged and Community Care division of Clifford Hallam Healthcare (CH2). Backed by Australia largest distributor of healthcare products, Intouchs' capability continues to grow to meet customer demand.
