History

Since its beginning in 1984, Intouch has been at the forefront of providing an easy way for all Australians to shop for their healthcare and wellness needs. Until 2010, Intouch was the commercial arm of the Spinal Injuries Association, and was created to support the Association’s mission to help support and rebuild lives of people with a spinal cord injury while promoting independence.

With a focus on delivering healthcare and wellness supplies direct to door, Intouch was created through the development of a state of the art contact centre and online shopping web front.

At Intouch we are committed to providing superior customer service for all our valued clients. It is with this in mind that Intouch has developed a first class ordering system which allows our Healthcare consultants to streamline processes and provide simpler service to the customer.

Intouch is also at the forefront of online customer service. Our state of the art online store was launched in October 2009 and provides all the same trusted products available from the comfort of your own home. Intouch's ingenuity and development of information technology demonstrates its continued efforts to provide superior customer service

In 2010 Intouch became the Aged and Community Care division of Clifford Hallam Healthcare (CH2). Backed by Australia largest distributor of healthcare products, Intouchs' capability continues to grow to meet customer demand.

Over the past 25 years, Intouch has developed the capability to become the business we are today - leading the way in healthcare and wellness advice, products and services.
