Please follow the instructions below to access your existing account. New account registrations can simply register online.

Existing Intouch Direct online shoppers

You can now access online shopping using your email address and a password you choose. To access your account, create a new password that is easy for you to remember.

1. At the top of the page click on Password Recovery.
2. Enter your email address and click on Email new password.
3. Check your email and click on the link in the email allowing a one time use login to create your password.
4. Once logged in, enter the new password then click save.
5. Your new password has been saved and you can now navigate around the site and start shopping with Intouch Direct.

If you have both a CAAS account and Intouch Direct account contact us on 1300 134 260 so your Healthcare Consultants can link your accounts.

Health professionals using multiple accounts for clients

There is no need to keep track of multiple accounts and passwords, when ordering for your clients. Our new online shopping facility allows you to access all of your clients Intouch Direct and CAAS accounts through your own account login if you have permission. Once you have been registered as a health professional and assigned client's, you can log in with your email and the password you set, then choose which client account you wish to access. To shop on behalf of another client simply logout and log back in to select another client.

Contact Intouch Direct on 1300 134 260 and ask your Healthcare Consultant can link your clients to your account. Standard privacy checks will be required.

How do I register for online shopping?

 

1. Click on Registration at the top of the page and enter your details in the fields provided, then click Register.
2. You will be sent an email to confirm your registration.
3. Copy the verification code in the email and open the web page link in the email.
4. Past the verification code and click Register.
5. You will be sent a confirmation email with your email address and password information for your records.
6. You can now Login and start shopping online.

How do I place an order online?

Navigation

1. Navigate through the product categories by either clicking on Lets Go Shopping on the home page, Products in the top menu bar or from any one of the relevant categories listed in the Products drop down.
2. Choose one of the sub categories if applicable.
3. Choose a brand if applicable.
4. Then click on add to cart on the product you wish to buy.

Alternatively you can use the search bar located at the top right hand corner of the page.

Choosing the right product

  • When you reach the brand level you will notice a drop down tab to choose an applicable attribute, for example size, displaying the various size attributes available.
  • You can narrow your search by choosing the attribute that suits you. Otherwise you can click on the image to see all product choices available in that range.

Checkout

1. After you have selected your products you will be taken to your shopping cart which can be accessed at anytime from the right hand side of the page.
2. Click Checkout to make your payment and complete the order.
3. Review your delivery address.
4. Select Payment method.
5. Then click Review Order.
6. If you are happy with the order, complete the checkout.
7. An email will be sent to you confirming your order. If you do not receive an email please check that you have completed all the steps in the shopping cart or call an Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant for help on 1300 134 260.

How do I change my personal details?

To update your personal details go to My Account at the top of the page. Click the Edit tab under your name. From here you can update your email address and/or password.

I can’t remember my password

1. At the top of the page click on Password Recovery.

How long will delivery take?

From the time we receive your order, delivery will be within:

  • three to five working days in metropolitan and regional areas, and
  • up to seven working days for rural and remote areas.

When items are on backorder, you will be notified at the time of ordering and delivery can take up to 14 working days. If goods are not received within the normal delivery timeframe please contact your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant for assistance 1300 134 260.

Express freight options are available at an additional charge for urgent supplies. Please request this option with your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant at the beginning of your phone order, or call immediately after your online order for payment and arrangement.

Delivery timeframes for areas outside Brisbane metropolitan:

  • Express = two business days (metro) plus an additional day for rural areas.
  • Premium Express = overnight (metro) plus an additional day for rural areas.

Delivery timeframes for Brisbane metropolitan:

  • Messenger Post = same day delivery.

All express orders must be received by 11am for the above timeframes to apply, or else an additional processing day will be required. To be eligible for express freight the order must be paid in full by credit card.

Is there a freight charge?

The standard freight charge is $12.50 per order. Additional charges apply for the transport of flammable goods, which will be marked in your order as a "Hazardous item charge".

Can I shop online with my CAAS account?

Yes, CAAS customers can access CAAS online shopping by calling an Intouch Healthcare Consultant on 1300 366 455 to have online shopping account access enabled. If you have both a CAAS account and on Intouch Direct, you can also have these accounts linked so that you are able to shop online using only the one email and password login.

Can my partner, carer or health professional order for me?

Yes, your partner, carer or health professional can order for you online. Our innovative online shopping allows users to order on behalf of clients without the need for multiple accounts and passwords. To have this set up for you, contact us on 1300 134 260.

What is the return policy?

If you realise you have ordered the wrong product shortly after you have placed your order please speak with your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant to see if you can adjust your order before it is delivered.

Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement from Intouch and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your goods. We are unable to provide you with a credit for goods that are returned damaged, opened, or for goods that do not arrive back at the warehouse. Please contact your Intouch Direct Healthcare Consultant for assistance on 1300 134 260. View the returns policy within terms and conditions.
