Flexible work options
Intouch offers a range of flexible options including part-time, job sharing and approved working from home opportunities. Many of our people also take advantage of flexible start and finish times. Managers and employees are provided with clear and easy to use guidelines, assisting them with their flexible work choices.

Working part-time
Part-time working arrangements provide flexibility to work fewer hours than a full-time job requires. Working part-time means people receive pro rata full-time pay and conditions, such as annual leave entitlements.

Working from home
Working from home is a flexible arrangement agreed upon by the employee and their manager to work from home.
